Huh? This is exactly about controlling who is here. And the trade off is that if we do not control who is here much much better, then we will have no Second Amendment and no Fifth, etc., and we will continue to have terrorist attacks.
Of course, if you ARE a JBT, you don't particularly like all those pesky Constitutional restructions anyway, and this sniper is a nice excuse to get rid of them.
