The only thing you've offered here is a poorly written note, an accent, a repetition of something that's been on the news (and wouldn't be news to the shooter anyway).

These are meaningless -- a nutjob could and probably would disguise his messages.

Then you tossed in some speculation about a French deserter. OK, that's fine, but it's meaningless at this point. But then again, he sounds like a nutjob, so perhaps we can kill two birds with one stone.

I still call this stuff about Al Qaeda cells a bunch of wishful thinking.
