The whole deal is starting to sound more like a nutjob the longer it goes on. I agree. A nutjob with an above average (well for nutjobs and other crimminals) IQ. A normal nutjob would of gone out in a blaze of glory by now. I'm surprised that the sniper hasn't relocated yet. All he has to do is setup shop somewhere else and he'll have another free dozen kills before LEO can do anything about it.
