I actually think you are on to something - perhaps the sniper's note (or call) indicated that they MUST relay that message about no safety for our kids

That's it... Somebody give the Moose a pillow case and a flashlight and send him snipe hunting. I do now think the guy is making this stuff up. Moose and terra firma have parted company. The Moose needs some medication now.
