It is IMO that the cops are pulling the perps chain and he(the perp) is telling them that he wants his demands met now and will continue to kill untill they are met.

Sorry,I don't find that type of reply hmorous.We got ten people dead,3 wounded,a possible terrorist situation and a chief that,even if over his head, is doing his best to cope with the situation.IMO he is only a mouthpiece,told what to say by the feds and instructed what not to say.So what if he sounds like millions of other Americans.
