I received a sales call from the LA Times, when I ASKED the caller a question she could not answer, she said she would "Axe her supervisor". I then ASKED to speak to this supervisor and when I was finally put through to the supervisor, told her that I would not to subscibe to a paper whose employees threatened violence on each other.
