On most of this, I can agree.

I don't believe the Sniper is Al Qaeda. But you can be damned sure that Al Qaeda is taking notes.

The ONLY way to defeat foreign terrorists, in the long run, is to go back to Mao's book and fight People's War.

The Whole People must be involved. I have believed this for some time.

I agree; maybe muslim or jihad related though, but this person is striking familiar places to them; bus stop, stores, gas stations. I am surprised they have not caught them, but then not sure who is 'leading' the search.
