Anyone think to check out the bus drivers? Anyone absent lately? Think about it. Who, besides a taxi driver, knows the roads like the back of his hand?

How about the fire and police, Fedex and UPS drivers, US postal people, limo drivers, and of course someone who has lived in the area for a while.

I've had an idea for a while about how to send a clear message without actually nuking them:

At the height of the Mecca pilgrimage, think it's called the haj or something, send a 4-ship formation of B-1 bombers at mach 1.1 across the top of the minarets low enough to create a hell of a dust storm in their wake. Follow that with a diplomatic message to Riyadh about what will fall from those planes if they have to make a second pass. That just might open a few of these jihadists' eyes.

It'll never happen, but it's past time for the governors of Virginia and Maryland (both democrats BTW) to call up the citizen militia. I know Virginia has a provision for this, but am not sure about Maryland.

I think it is more likely that the bombers were simply hypocrites who were doing what they were doing more out of nationalism than religious devotion.

Perhaps they were engaging in responsible journalism for once. What the hell difference does it make who announces it first? Is the guy any less dead? I, quite frankly, am sick of the rush to be the first to announce such things. There have been times when in the rush to be first they have people dead who aren't.

A call to arms. Let every man/woman who wishes to CCW. This is enough of this. If the LEO can not take him out, arm those people who are willing to do so. Scary but 1000's of guns on the streets are better than the few that LE is carrying.

Well, here's the question then: if you and I can figure that out, even though we *are* arm-chair newsfreaks, why can't THEY figure it out and STOP doing what they're doing.

And now CNN is disclosing information in the "letter" from Saturday night that the police specifically asked them not to report.

The only thing I'm left with is that they just do NOT care who they hurt as long as they have a story, any story.
