I don't understand the people here who believe Moose is actually running the show.
Of course he's not running the show, but the fact that he's put out there as spokesman/titular leader speaks volumes for the mentality of those who are actually running it.
I agree. However, I also agree with txdoda that it is very likely that the sniper has chosen Moose to represent the police in this media dialog.
