I feel sorry for Moose as well. IMO, this is not about his political affiliations or race. Chief Moose is not the enemy here, the terrorist sniper is the enemy. The Chief looks exhausted and terribly sad.

The sights get blinded sometimes Velveeta..so you "hang" the first one you can get your hands on out of frustration..doesn't solve the issue at hand, however.
