Even if the snipers are Beevis and Buttheads on Ritalin and Paxil, the PC police heads in DC have failed their most important test of this century.
They have failed to stop the sniper and his helpers. Forget about the race of the serial killer and his helpers, the message going to the head Al Qaeda thugs is loud and clear. We are incapable of stopping snipers in PC American Cities!
The upper al Qaeda thugs must be overjoyed. They know that if they show their face to fight our men in Afghanistan or the upcoming Iraqi war, they will be come maggot food very quickly or end up in Gitmo.
Now they know that if they come to American and work as a Sniper team in PC Police Cities, they can eat three meals a day, do their prayer things and watch their results on tv.
FTD, pull your PC head out and realize that regardless who is the serial sniper killer, the message that has been sent to al Qaeda is loud and clear. They can come to America and kill and strike terror anywhere a police chief and the local government is driven by PC and Diversity Goals.

Summer 1999, the liberal democratic Montgomery County Council hired a new black police chief, Charles Moose. Moose is a long time friend of the liberal, pro-diversity U.S. Department of Justice, and Moose actively promotes "diversity training" for police officers.
His resume reveals that he strongly favors good racial profiling (profile everybody) in order to defeat bad racial profiling. The Montgomery County chapter of the NAACP loved Mr. Moose. Moose was hired largely to help defuse the NAACP's accusations (not proof, but accusations only) of racial bias by the Montgomery County police.

To the Freepers who are cheering for Moose, it is time to wake up. He got his current job because of his PCing and Diversity training of the Portland, Oregon police department.
