Why are so many here jumping to the conclusion that the guy supposedly asking for the money is the shooter? Real bad thinking from some freepers!

I can believe that he wants money. He has an agenda. His demands weren't met and now this is the consequence. It was in the note and in the phone call. I believe it now more than ever because that explains Moose's wierd talking at the news conferences. They had been communicating since the beginning. We couldn't understand why Moose was acting so wierd and this explains it.

Down here in lower Montgomery County, the Takoma Park Police are on their radios saying that the county PD wants NO cars moving eastbound on University Blvd. and some talk of closing down southbound New Hampshire Ave at University Blvd... more coming through on scanner...

Why are so many here jumping to the conclusion that the guy supposedly asking for the money is the shooter? Real bad thinking from some freepers!I've been wondering the same thing. Why are they sure it is the shooter and not somebody trying to take advantage of the situation? In kidnappings, there are usually false ransom demands, I would assume the same would hold true for this sort of situation.

Why are so many here jumping to the conclusion that the guy supposedly asking for the money is the shooter? It was reported th am on FNC that the substance of this message was very similar to what was written on the tarot card. So they have reason to link the two.

"Why are so many here jumping to the conclusion that the guy supposedly asking for the money is the shooter?" That is my thinking too, especially considering that something was said yesterday to the effect of someone else trying to cash in on what the sniper is doing. Also, it is an absolute certainty that if he tried to collect money he would be caught. This guy or these guys are not that stupid. It may just be part of a game too, that just makes it more intriguing or more of an adventure to him. He obviously is getting charged up from following the media coverage.
