Kids normally are getting on school buses already this time of day in Montgomery County. I'm surprised they haven't cancelled classes.

First 911 at 5:56 per WTOP radio. School will be effectively cancelled with the traffic stopped the way it is. The traffic reporter wouldn't list the roadblocks but it sounds like there are lots of them.
