And if any of them are shot this morning, we know who shares blame with the killer. I couldn't believe I heard Eldridge say that this morning. Considering how this killer seems to react to media coverage, that was the WORST thing a reporter could have said.

By shooting a bus driver, the shooter sends fear into every mother that puts her kid on a school bus. This fits well with the stories being leaked about threats against kids in the note.

I don't know the area, but wonder if the "three shots" could have been echoes. If not, the sniper may be announcing that he is not limited to a single shot, or a single victim.

If he shoots a school bus driver, he can then methodically take out kids on that bus.
