We already know if the shooter isn't moooslim, there is a very high probability that he's a democrat (or someone who strongly agrees with them). Nearly all murderers in this country are. And DC is, after all, awash with RATS.

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised to learn the sniper is a Sarah Brady type RAT who wants people to start talking seriously about gun control.

By shooting a bus driver, the shooter sends fear into every mother that puts her kid on a school bus. This fits well with the stories being leaked about threats against kids in the note.

I don't know the area, but wonder if the "three shots" could have been echoes. If not, the sniper may be announcing that he is not limited to a single shot, or a single victim.

If he shoots a school bus driver, he can then methodically take out kids on that bus.

I just came in on 395 from Fredericksburg. Every crossover from the HOV lanes to the regular lanes had some sort of official vehicle blocking it. They were scraping the barrel all the way down to Motorist Assistance.
