Morning All, Had a thought last night re: the Van and 2 guys taken into custody.

That they were set up by the sniper. Along with the Cops. My thought was that the 2 "Hispanics" were seen using the phone by our guy a couple of times using the phone. They were probably just migrant workers calling in to find out where their next job was to be.

So the sniper used them to flush out the cops.

Looks like if that was his intention, he did a great job of predicting the cops response.

Seems like the Cops keep underestimating...

I also don't think this has anything to do with money.. there is something that is the motive behind these shootings .. but it ain't money

Nope...these guys had called to extort money from someone regarding the DeeCeeSniper attacks. This was a second call they were making...both from the same phone booth, so the Richmond cops had the place staked out. These two guys were far from innocent dupes.

The hispanics were just easy to pick up. In a way, I pity them for the treatment they had to go through to be deported.

They are just illegal bums... should have been thrown out long ago.

This is professional work, planned to perfection. The police are just driving around waiting for the next victim and hoping the shooter turns himself in.

Unless they get out of their cars and walk the brush near spots off the belt-way, these people will kill at will.
