I tend to lean towards the terrorist explanation ir the French guy. On Fox someone mentioned someone is demanding money. That doesn't mean it is the sniper. Wasn't in the Tylenol case where they could never prove that the guy demanding money was the one who planted the poison?

I wish the cops would release the race of the wounded victims. But, as far as I can tell, there are no Orientals (and there are loads in the area). Indians are not labled racially Oriental. Most victims seem to be middle-aged white males.

shooting someone getting on/off a commuter bus in the DC area is perfectly consistent with targeting the average joe going about everyday business.

way too many folks speculating in here are thinking like typical white, suburban, church-on-sunday, affluent, law-abiders,
