500 METER area roped off for crime scene. Reporters say much smaller area than usual. Saying from all indications it IS sniper related. Well, no joke.
Seeing the small area roped off on MSNBC-reporter says it is no more than a 200 foot area. It's also an odd shape.
Someone saying it was a man boarding the bus who was shot when he was on the top step where you pay your fare. Says this was turn-around point for bus, and that bus may have been stopped here a while. Still don't know if it was driver or not.
