ALERT I haven't read all of the posts, but I think there is something big going on. Think about it! How would you get the officer in - charge to deliver non-stop messages to the press? Before he went to the NATIONAL MEDIA, he had to accept the fact that he would be setting a bad precdent for future would-be snippers and secondly he would look like a "fool" for being yanked around by the "snipper". In short, he would only do this if he knew the "snipper" could cause serious harm to the public. My question is this, does the snipper have WMD?
