So with the Sniper saying "your children are not safe anywhere, anytime", what do we do now?

Does this mean that kids are targets, not just in school, but on playgrounds, sidewalks or Halloween? I think that is what the message meant.

So unless we keep them locked up, we may as well start sending them back to school?

I'm sure someone will be along any minute now to tell us how we MUST send our children to school so this guy won't win.

I have no small children, but I do have grandchildren. The above scenario does NOT work for me.
