Anyone able to post transcript of Moose just now? His comments just before mentioning the exact words lead me to believe the shooter insisted the PS be read on television.

I just went back and listened to Moose's comments. He said they (LE) thought it was important to let the public know because of the speculation that was already rampant. He did not make it sound in any way like it was being done on instruction from the shooter.

You bet the killer wanted the words read--and so did the media.

But forewarned is forearmed, with emphasis on the ARMED. Just don't mess with our kids.

Didn't get it verbatim, but got parts of it. He said

We have 2 major points.

We have recieved a communication. We will be responding soon.

Then he reiterated his earlier thing about how the person or people had hit all races, genders, and ages on different days and at different times.

Then he said they would not share the rest of the letter they had received last weekend because it was not "public specific" (or something like that), but that the letter contained a postscript which read verbatim: Your children are not safe anywhere at any time.
