Abu Sayef in the Philippines, who were

others, are Islamic terrorists with
links to OBL. That is what all Intel
sources report. Also, I read & heard
that ransom/blackmail demands are huge
problems in Russia. Chechnya in Russia
is a cesspool of AQ linked terrorists
of the radical Islamic stripe. Putin
is verrry worried about all of that.
