Has anyone considered Halloween? It's next week, and if this guy is still around, there will be some pretty bummed out kids.

Here, many stores and malls have the kids come inside where they supply treats and entertainment. Perhaps this would be a good alternative for the DC area is there if concern about Halloween.

The Question is: When Will They Tell The People The Unbearable Truth?

This is the most comedic yet tragic thing about this whole politically correct Chinese fire drill in and near our beloved nation's capital.

"Has anyone considered Halloween?

We don't live in the area, but we quit Halloween years ago--under normal circumstances, putting kids out on the streets after dark to take candy from who-knows-who is not what we consider a "healthy" practice. I know many kids look forward to it, but there are alternatives. (don't we tell our kids never to take candy from strangers???)

I wouldn't worry .. many moms are pretty clever and I'm sure many will have some kind of party for the kids to make up for not going out on Holloween night
