I know what happened to you I bet. I had trouble signing up with the new system too because of the address... The system checks automatically that you enter the address exactly the way it appears in your bank's database. It doesn't interpret any differences in the data entry.

...You have to abbreviate, or not, everything the same as they do. I had to call my bank and have them read it to me, because I don't get statements at home, and I didn't know how they had the address.

Try that.... double check the address on your statements, if you get them, and enter it exactly the same.

anyway, I redid it and it worked. I think using the 9 digit zip did the trick. Never have to do that elsewhere ... oh well.
