You're welcome terilyn. I thought I'd covered everything in the original post but boy, was I wrong.

You know those instruction manuals for your fax machine that you can tell were originally written in Japanese and translated into English? And you joke with your co-workers about how poorly they're written? But even so, if you work at it you can figure out how to work the fax machine?

Well, I used to be one of those people who made jokes about those instruction manuals. After this thread, I'm not laughing anymore. It's not easy explaining things.

Remind me to tell you about the translation for a user's manual that mentioned odd uses for 'wet sheep' sometime... ;)

LOL!

I think people get extra sensitive when it comes to credit cards and the internet. And rightly so! There have been some horror stories of stolen information and hacked sites and I think most just want to be reassured as to how secure their info is out there in never never land.

I appreciate the questions that get asked. I was always taught that the only stupid question is the one you don't ask and get wrong later.
