There is a big difference between the "jokes" and the rest. I just think that if his name was Rudy, he would be given a little more lee-way, especially by us "law-and-order" types.

I don't know whether he's doing a good job on this investigation or not, but I DO respect that he is in a much tougher position than I am.

I also believe that he is doing what he believes is RIGHT. How many politicians can you say THAT about?

As to the other, he's in over his head. He looks scared, unsure of himself and disorganized. Sorry, but that's the truth. Part of law enforcement is convincing the public you know what you're doing. He doesn't look like it, he doesn't sound like it, and he doesn't act like it. Also, as to the veiled "you're only flaming him because he's black" comments, check out the threads on Dusek during the Westerfield trial, and he ended up winning.
