This is one of the most idiotic lists I have ever seen.

1. A transient lifestyle where a family bounces around from place to plce several times a year.

As if location has a single thing to do with personal and family stability. That's crazy.

2. Homeschooling in a trailer park - this one NEVER works.

Idiotic and elitist tripe.

3. Where no adult in a household has graduated from high school.

As if a piece of paper from some mediocre diploma mill has anything to do with true education.

4. Where welfare is received in a household.

More elitist ooze.

5. Membership in a militia organization.

And that silliness has what to do with reality?

6. Subscription to "sui juris" theories of law.

That seems to be your thing. Doesn't have a thing to do with 99.9999999% of homeschools.

7. Dissociation from society outside the confines of your narrow group.

Yeah, can't have anyone not being 'socialized', especially kids. (/sarcasm) You might want to give some thought to the little constitutional principle called freedom of association...that is if you give a flip about constitutional liberty.

8. Extreme economic shortfalls.

There isn't a single study in existence that shows ANY correlation between funds expended, and quality of acedemic performance...not one. Why? Because there is no correlation.

What's so bad about the list? you want to see a bunch of underachieving, underearning losers churning out another generation of underearning, underachieving losers, then you'll encourage the sort of people on that list to homeschool.

Somebody will have to be the laborers assistants at minimum wage, somebody will need to do menial tasks for my kids - it might as well be the progeny of the losers from that list.
