Which is interesting in its own right: I think the media's response time to these things is at least as good as the cops'.

Media response has made us, the viewing public, VERY frustrated when we don't get to watch as 'news' occurs. Reminds me of how frustrated I was in not being able to 'watch' the action in Afghanistan. We are spoiled.
