Fox is showing the van.. they say it has a ladder rack but that just looks like the typical roof rack that is on top of every minivan across the country.

Van has no ladder rack on it. Temp tags from VA but talking heads say no state inspection stickers thus is being driven illegally. Van is parked at a drive-up payphone. Van apparently not an Astrovan. Dodge I think they said.
