I'd have to disagree with you, it's not a circle, it's a straight line, with no government (anarchy) at one end, and total government (communism, naziism, whatever you'd like to call it) on the other end. The totalitarian extremists "on both ends" are really on the same end.

Well then you can explain how Ronald Reagan and Karl Marx were so similar that their political goals were blurred into the same objective, can't you?

That horse turd explanation is the creation of liberals, intended to cover and obscure their actual beliefs.

The spectrum is a line, not a circle. The only difference along the line is the amount of government involvement in the life of citizens. At the far right is anarchy. At the far left is communism, the complete control of everyone by a few.

Republicans think that The Constituion describes a perfect amount of governement intervention. The entire document describes limits to government. For the liberal Dems, there is no limit to government control, including no limit on taxation.
