Schools to close in the Richmond VA area on Monday

Not sure how many schools but I thought I heard in 3 counties..if one sniper can do this to us think of what 20 could do

2. - School administrators actually planning? I doubt it.

We certainly would be all over them if they had received a threat and didn't react to it.

3.- That is just as reactionary.

Reactionary or not - It's your life on the line instead of some little kids. I guess I will take that as a big NO.

4.- More children are hit by school buses every day on their way to school.

And that matters because? Perhaps we should line our chidren up on railroad tracks to avoid the busses?

5.- We should. We dont want to encourage the sniper, or anyone else who might join him.

Encouraging him would be great if we can do it in such a way as to trap him.

This does seem strange to me. I've got a granddaughter in Chesterfield schools and they ( and I) haven't been worried about her attending school because of the Hanover shooting. I don't see any connection from the public info.
