He probably picks them because he is familiar with them. The best theory that I have heard is that he has worked as some kind of delivery man.

He could also be plumber, carpet cleaner, cable guy, bug man,home security system installer,appliance repairman, driver for charity that picks up used clothing/household items like Salvation Army...etc.

The guys who attacked us on 9/11 had been living here and blending in. I recall one arrested in Tx was a Doctor and working at U.T. I believe.
