You'd be too late. Those bullets do 3,000 ft/sec, about 3 times the speed of sound. And yes, you'd be on the ground all rightHehe, that last part is funny. LOL: you'd be on the ground all right. Funny, but true.
By the time a person heard the ping of the rifle round he would be ringing St. Peter's desk. By the time the sound from a bullet travelling at Mach 3 reaches a person's ear that person is either dead or the bullet missed him.

Again, I'm talking about a miss, not a Superman-act of dodging a correctly aimed bullet. We have never yet had a report of more than one bullet being found at one of these shootings, which would be the case if there was one or more initial miss but a second (third etc.) shot was made quickly enough to kill the target.
