BL and friends send out regular messages to us, by audio and video tapes. We just stick our head in the sand and ignore them.

In this case you don't even know the message is from a shooter instead of a witness.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad does it all the time with the IDF.....especially with kidnappings, demanded releases or claiming responsibility for a killing.....

BTW, this behavior not limited to islamic groups, the IRA also utilized this type of contact. We will know better when we hear their demands....They aren't calling because they like the sound of Chief Moose's voice....
