Thanks. I agree. Certainly these folks have the right to have an opinion, but I would feel much better if some of these opinions were informed. The problem, of course, is that some of these folks simply don't have the cognitive ability to peel back issues and truly analyze them. The are the consumers of sound byte hysteria TV. They believe themselves to be informed, which makes it that much more facinating.

Do you think that is civilized treatment to place the suspect on the ground like that? What legal remedy does a innocent person have after being subject to being forced to the ground like that?
