I thought that those who can't teach become school administrators. Maybe that explains why there are half a dozen administrators for every teacher in the system.

Paraphrasing here but doesn't the definition of neurotic go something like, "To continue using the failed policies/procedures of the past while expecting a different outcome."

We see this everyday when people keep marrying the same type, i.e., abusive husband, domineering wife etc. And politically, blacks who have been complaining about the same issues for 40 years but continue to vote dim. Never mind that they are wrong to expect govt to do everything for them, the dims aren't getting the job done, yet blacks stay on the plantation and march lockstep.
