That's my opinion, too. I wonder if Moose is just the 'talking head' and has no real say in this.

I have no idea why they are letting him....I too think the Feds should take this over.

I got the feeling the feds are using Moose because they think he can communicate with the perps. On the other hand the FBI has not been seen in a real positive light over the last four years and maybe they aren't too keen on having a high profile on a case they can't seem to crack.

I think so also, retired FBI type on CNN this morning, saying the same thing. He stated he couldn't understand why the FBI hadn't taken it over as this is what they are good at, etc.
