I don't know if it would be appropriate or not, but I heard Larry Johnson say last night that more than 2000 Americans trained in those terrorist camps. As long as they're willing to kill infidels, I doubt that the "true believers" are going to get upset if they leave a tarot card at a scene.

Moslems use the practice of al taqiyah or lying to the infidel to promote the spread of islam. Anything that helps spread islam is allowed, including killing the infidel.

"I Am God" could be a statement by someone not experienced with English trying to say "I am killing for Allah(God)" Sort of pidgeon talk. If the Tarot card was from the killers, then it was left to scare people. Part of the game.
