Any news about the 13 yo?

The ER Physician said the kid had lost almost all his blood and in my opinion absolutely confirmed that his aunt saved his life by going counter to traditional/conventional wisdom which says, wait for the ambulance. She didn't wait and even then, he almost bled out. She drove him a short distance to a Doc in a Box and then they flew him to her hospital where she was a ped nurse or Nursing Supervisor.

It certainly was a miracle he survived. I remember being really upset after reading some of the posts condemning her decision to drive him to the medical center. As a Mom, I knew I would've done the same thing under the same circumstances. Some of the comments were so judgmental and nasty, it was sickening. I'm happy what she did saved his life.
