Went to a Richmond KK around 11 this morn, it's next to Staples Mill Rd, which has an interstate exit nearby.

As I was exiting the Donut lot, I got to count a parade of State Police Vehicles pulling onto Broad St off of Staples Mill. They all turned into a shopping Center across the street. One, two. Three four five; then six. Then Seven. Then eight!

I came prepared with cell phone and "ramming car" ... but this was my only excitement for the morning.

Also in the Richmond area today...

I went by Regency Mall (a large, two-story mall about 1.5 miles from the interstate) and saw Henrico Police parked in the outer perimeters on sniper stakeout duty.
