60 year old man wounded in parking lot of Ponderosa steak house. Traffic stopped on I-95 and assorted access road.

VA state police and Hanover County police on scene.

No indication connected to sniper shootings, but, being treated as such.

No indication of robbery, no apparent motive.

Rider: On what street is Ponderosa restaurant located? How far away from I-95? I ask because there's a Michael's Crafts store near I-95, on Washington Hwy, south of I-295, and north of State Hw6 73, near Mountain Road. There has been substantial discussion about Michaels.
