For what it's worth, today's Islamic prayer times EDT:
6:08 am, 7:21 am, 12:53 pm, 3:57 pm, 6:24 pm (sunset), 7:37 pm (evening)
A 7 pm shooting would be just about halfway between those times.
Not worth much without analyzing these for all other shootings and times those days as well
