There is no official psychologoical profile of the sniper. Moose wanted one on day two (from a ouija board, I guess), and the FBI (correctly) refused to indulge him, thus saving him considerable embarrassment.

The "profiles" you are hearing on TV are for the most part idiot ravings of people who know even less than LE, but have to justify their existence as "experts."

We do however, have three profiles of white vehicles...
