Yep; I surmised as much on other threads....he's been casing and doing RECON for the past few days for the "new" area he was going to....sickening.

I'm just on the other side of Richmond from Ashland, in Chesterfield County. If this guy moves south he's gonna be makin a really big mistake. People around here don't play around.
