My best friend's parents are traveling through that area. I called her and told her the news. She said she had just heard from her father, 60, who was calling from a restaurant. Sent chills up my spine. Thank GOD both her parents are safe.

I'm way back over here reading. I'll try to jump forward and catch up. Thank God your friends' Father is safe. This is just SO AWFUL. Now CNN is saying this guy was a traveler, had a lady friend with him, he was shot while walking back to his car after eating. SO AWFUL.
