It is the uncertainty and the irresolution that opens the way for the enemies of the Second Amendment and all of our other rights.
Shut the enemy down quickly and resolutely, and that won't be a problem.
Pussyfooting just plays into the hands of the axis of evil...the Islamists and the Democrats.
Perhaps we do not disagree after all. But for me, I decry this false sense of reliance on government for protection. We have both the right and the duty to protect ourselves. But martial law is a step in the WRONG direction, IMO.
