Where in the bible does G-d grant people these rights that you say the constiution only upholds?

God gives us Freedom, which no man can legitimately take away. You should read some of the stuff written by our Founders on the subject, starting with the Declaration of Independence.

My Rights are not dependent on the whims of the majority of people. If you want to make yours dependent on them, essentially becoming a slave to them, that is your choice.
