Exactly. If there ever arrived a point some time in the future where the majority of the population disagreed with and didn't uphold the constitution then those rights wouldn't exist anymore because no one would be making sure they do. The people that say those rights come from G-d would have to believe that if this point ever came that G-d would step in and save us. He doesn't for the other countries of the world so why would he for us?
