You can assume whatever you want; I'd be glad to answer your question, but first how about telling me -- since you're such a great student of it -- exactly WHERE in the Constitution it says that my rights, the ones I live by, for and with in this country -- eminate from God.

My point is simple. The Constitution does not grant any rights, period. It never has. It preserves preexisting rights. It limits goverment as to goverment's ability to interfere/restrict those preexisting rights. But nowhere in our Constitution is there a source of Rights for the citizens on this country. If you disagree, show me the section and paragraph. If you want legislative history supporting my argument I susggest you start with the Declaration of Independance, first paragraph.
