On another note, I would not be too excited about the quick shutdown of I-95. US 1 and many side roads nearby, and if this is the same person or group, they are leaving the scene un-noticed, i.e. perhaps not using the major arteries.

I don't want to say too much, but consider that ground targets might be able to be tracked from the air.

Cops got there so quickly at the Home Depot shooting, and they still got away. I just don't know, it's so awful someone could do this to us and seemingly continue to get away with it. Has anyone said if the man was shot while in the parking lot, or where? CNN isn't saying.
